What Data Do We Collect?

- Contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;

How Do We Use Your Data?
All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason or reasons for which it was first collected. We will comply with Our obligations and safeguard your rights under the GDPR at all times.
Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis, whether it is necessary because you have consented to Our use of your personal data or because We are legally obliged to retain it. We may use your data for helping you to secure permanent employment or temporary work, advising you on CV preparation, supplying Our services and replying to emails.
With your permission and/or where permitted by law, We may also use your data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email, telephone, text message or post with information, news and possible job roles. We will not send you unsolicited marketing or spam.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your personal data at any time, and to request that We delete it.
All data relating to your CV and job history is retained for a period of 24 months. Personal data required to process payroll, if you have worked for Us on a temporary assignment, will be retained for the statutory minimum period of six years.
How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to use it as described above.
All of your data is stored in the UK. However, some or all of your data may be transferred and stored outside the European Economic Area. If We do store data outside the EEA, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the GDPR.
Data security is very important to Us. Data is stored on a password-protected cloud-based database accessed only by authorised employees. Hard copies are stored in lockable cabinets and securely deleted or shredded when no longer required.
How We Get Your Data
Most of the personal information We process is provided directly by you. We may also receive personal information indirectly from LinkedIn, CV-Library, Jobsite, Totaljobs and Reed.
Do We Share Your Data?
We may share your data with other companies for the processing of payroll if you are working with Us as a Temporary Worker.
We may share your data with clients of Ours who are interested in hiring staff. Where data is required for this purpose, We will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is handled safely, securely and in accordance with your rights and Our obligations.
In certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share data held by Us, for example where We are involved in legal proceedings or complying with a legal requirement, court order or governmental authority.
We will only share your data with clients for whom We have your pre-agreed consent.
How Can You Control Your Data?
When you submit personal data to Us, you may be given options to restrict Our use of your data, including the ability to opt out of receiving direct marketing.
You may also wish to use the Telephone Preference Service, Corporate Telephone Preference Service or Mailing Preference Service. These services will not prevent communications you have consented to receive.
What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?
We may expand or reduce Our business and this may involve the sale and/or transfer of control of all or part of Our business. Relevant personal data may be transferred with that part and used only for the purposes for which it was originally collected.
